Unopened Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and sealed packaging, and they must be unused. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you can exchange it for a new replacement. 

We do not cover any shipping fee when you are returning the unopened items. Before you decide to send it back to us, please email us the reason for return with the images proving that the items are in its original packaging, unopened. After you get approval of refund confirmation and return address, you may ship the items back to receive your refund.

We ship everywhere in North America for FREE over $200. For purchases under $200, you pay flat fee of $8.99 only. This fee is non-refundable.
